    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We would like to see more information about the issue. If possible share the screen shots of the issue starting from turning on the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let us know what are you trying to perform in Intelligent Provisioning&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you hit the F10 key, do you get the mentioned error immediately of after getting in to Intelligent Provisioning&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide more detailed step by step information on how &amp;amp; when you get the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the Array Controller installed in the server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, you may also try upgrade the Intelligent Provisioning version with the latest version. The file can be downloaded from the below link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_a2b2caf8066e4a8b82a966d628#tab-history" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_a2b2caf8066e4a8b82a966d628#tab-history&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Boot the server with the iso &amp;amp; perform an upgrade of Intelligent Provisioning&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please verify if you have any failed hard drives in the server. If yes, replace the failed drive &amp;amp; attempt to boot to Intelligent Provisioning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If possible, please attach the screen shots&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i can not access to intelligent provisioning via F10,&amp;nbsp; that was error "smart array - Drive is failed: Port ?? Box 0 Bay"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How fix this ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks a lot&lt;/P&gt;</description>
