topic Unexpected Restart in ProLiant Servers (ML,DL,SL)

I have an HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen9 Server. approximately a month ago, this server is starting to shut down multiple times. this happened 4 or 5 times during the month. the Health LED is flashing amber every time it restarts. According to HPE, Health LED flashing amber means "System Degraded", I don't know what that means. what is the issue, and what should I do.
