    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please try checking the boot mode of the old server and ensure that the new server is set to the same boot mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;example, if the Gen9 server was set to Legacy boot mode or UEFI boot mode, set the same thing in the Gen10. This is one of the reasons why the OS might not boot when the storage is transferred from one server to another.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attempt safe mode as well of the OS if the above does not help and also try disk file system check.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hi to everybody i'va a big problem with one of my server,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;first&amp;nbsp;I had a proliant dl 360 gen9 hp server which went down.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I buy another server which hp proliant dl360 gen10 ... in which I put my old disc so that it starts and works as usual but it gives me the message of troubleshooting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;your computer has encountered a problem and needs to restart .we just collect error information and then restart the computer ..enven after this message it doesn't always boot&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;help me please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since Gen10 has other hardware components than Gen9 you have missing drivers for sure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
