    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi !&lt;BR /&gt;There is a critical error in one of our DL180G9 servers ,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;when we power button on int that server, it didnt boot and all front leds apeear :&lt;BR /&gt;1. power button&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; : solid amber&lt;BR /&gt;2. healt LED&amp;nbsp; : flashing red&lt;BR /&gt;3. NIC status : flashing green&lt;BR /&gt;4. UID button : flasing blue&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when i push UID button, pre-boot health summary displayed in monitor&amp;nbsp;server critical fault on board. and&lt;BR /&gt;server critical fault on power blackplanes&amp;nbsp; like this :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://prnt.sc/rky30d" target="_blank"&gt;https://prnt.sc/rky30d&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So what should we do to fix this problem ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you are fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you&amp;nbsp;as per the shared error screenshot, update the bios and firmware with the latest as well as do the below setting in RBSU as below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Latest Bios:2.76&lt;BR /&gt;Latest iLO firmware:2.73&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Gen9 RBSU settings.PNG" style="width: 607px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.hpe.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/114697i477B5F105253C0A4/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=2000" role="button" title="Gen9 RBSU settings.PNG" alt="Gen9 RBSU settings.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The System board needs to be replaced if the issue still persists after updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you feel this was helpful please click the&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;KUDOS!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;thumb below!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
