Hi,

1) No, it was already updated to 2019.12

2) It started without any intervention

3) The problem was due to the USB-Network adapter created by ILO for using shared network port, it had an IP that was something like 15.1.16.2; I replaced the IP to have the same subnet as mine 192.168.2.x and I was therefore able to access iLO again.

4) Up

5) No

Where exactly did you connect the LAN?

- dedicated LAN port

- shared NIC

- or even the ILO service (USB) port ?

This is one of the restrictions of a shared NIC, you cannot access ILO via the same NIC.

Try another PC, this should work.
