The difference between the two HBA firmware

I would like to know the difference between the following two firmware.
One is CRITICAL, and the other is RECOMMENDED.
I looked at all the "Revision History" and "Release Note", I can't find any difference.
Who can help me to see the difference between these two firmware?

My only thought is that 2019.12.03 doesn't support Windows 2012 R2 where as 2019.12.05 does.
