Hello,

you can Upgrade the ilo Firmware - actuell is 2.76 - with the ilo Remote Management via WebInterface. Thats the easyest way to do that..

Hello,

please check the downloaded File if they are corrupt or redownload the File again. If this not help try to upgrade to a Version less then 2.4 Maybe you cant upgrasde from 2.0 to 2.76

Looks like you are using a very old SPP.

Please check first if the ILO is healthy:

Download the current firmware, unpack the *.bin file and try to update via the webpage of ILO.
