Problem updating ML310e-Gen8-V2's BIOS version from 2018 to 2019

While i was successful in updating my BIOS' firmware version from 2014.03.08(A)(2 May 2014) to 2018.05.21(A)(6 Jul 2018), i can't achieve the same outcome for BIOS firmware version 2019.04.04(A)(28 Jun 2019).

I was able to successfully create a "bootable" media using the HPEUSB.exe extracted from the downloaded self-extracting file from the HP Download Page with below file structure:

However, when tried to boot to the usb medium, i get below error:

Need help for me to finally match with the latest firware version, thanks.

I would suggest you down load OS specific bios version and update from the OS. Please find the Windows link.
