      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I performed a disk upgrade on hpe dl 380 Gen 8 server&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;there were already 5 disks distributed as follows:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2 * 146 Gb (Raid 1) _System&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3 * 600 Gb (Raid 1) _ Data&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Actions taken: extension of Raid 5 with the addition of 3 new 600GB disks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Result: the disks added to raid 5 but the old raid no longer exists at the level of the D4EXPLOITATION system the partition is no longer accessible&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the disc is converted to RAW format&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;is it possible to rollback?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Really Urgent&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I hope you have the complete data backup.&lt;BR /&gt;Or&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;In this situation, you have to take complete data backup before performing such activity.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I can suggest you try to update the SA controller firmware with the latest.&lt;BR /&gt;You can try to log a proper case with HPE, and share the appropriate logs for further analysis.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Please let me know if you have any quires.&lt;/P&gt;
