To confirm the question, yes the 2016 raid driver&amp;nbsp;@&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_abaa5952034546cf8b66d214e9" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_abaa5952034546cf8b66d214e9&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Works for Server 2019.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Extracted to my install usb stick, when it came to select drives, i clicked load driver, selected&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;B120i&amp;nbsp;from the folder i extracted it too and everything after worked as normal.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue with an&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;ML350e v2 gen8 that I received to setup, but I'm trying to install Windows Server 2019, and it doesn't see the disk/array. This server has 2 phisical 300Gb SAS disks and 1 logical disk in RAID 1 out of those two. For comparison, I've installed the same Windows (via a bootable USB) in a DL380p gen8 and it worked just fine; the only significant difference I see between the two servers is that the DL380p comes with&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Smart Array P420i&lt;/STRONG&gt;, whilst the&amp;nbsp;ML350e comes with&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;DYNAMIC Smart Array P420i&lt;/STRONG&gt; and I'm not sure what the difference is.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already tried deleting and recreating the array, running the OS installation from the HP utility tool or from the boot up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know hnow can I get the Windows installation program to see the logical disk so I can install it. I have a growingly inpatient client waiting for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The statement "ML350e comes with&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;DYNAMIC Smart Array P420i" &lt;/STRONG&gt;is incorrect because p420i is not a Dynamic Smart Array Controller.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Dynamic Smart Array controller in ML350e v2 Gen8 is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="highlight selected"&gt;B120&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i controller.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Are you using the B120i controller for this server?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;a. If yes then are SAS drives connected to this controller or SATA drives?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;b. If no then what is the PCI controller installed to which the drives are connected to?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. If you are using the B120i controller then make sure that it is enabled in the BIOS.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue on a Proliant ML310e Gen8 V2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't believe that there is no driver support for B120i in Windows Server 2016/2019.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only driver available are visible but thery are not recognized as valid by the installer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a shame.... what I have to do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Buy a new server (non HP obviously)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
