Raid Array has gone missing

this is a DL 360p G8 server

OS : Server 2012 R2

the secondary Raid array has gone missing . it is no longer visible in windows > disk MGMT MMC

I did a rescan but nothing comes up. SSA says everythign looks healthy.

I updated the controller (drivers) , f/w is up to date.

Any ideas?

Please do confirm if the controller is detected in SSA and on POST.

Which is the Controller installed?

This does not seem to be a hardware issue.

Please do involve the OS vendor and confirm the status of the issue.
