      <description>Hello community&lt;BR /&gt;I have problem with server dl380 gen 9 after i replace raid controller p440ar with new one for the first time it's work fine it's directed by the server but after i restart the server won't boot and all led in the front blink 6 time Cyclically when i check the ILO the msg error is (server critical fault (service information runtime fault flexible smart array roc 1 extended (E1h)))&lt;BR /&gt;Help me please&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you in advance</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may try powering off the server and remove the power cable and then re-seat the controller, the cache modules, the capacitors and the cables. If the issue persists, then perform an offline update of the server's BIOS, Smart Array controller and iLO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Install the controller in another PCIe slot to isolate between the controller and the slot. If the issue persists after the firmware update and swapping the slot, then install known good controller to rule out slot issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
