This is not a VM install.<BR /><BR />I can install Windows 2012 server no problems. I would suggest this is a firmware issue with the server. It appears to be doing everything as expected but once restarts "Starting Windows" comes up with an error "Windows cannot find the Microsoft License Terms. etc" and cannot then precede. I created a bootable flash drive as well as using the iso and get the same issue.
