During NT TS setup it asks to specify additional controllers and I have to use the 43xx drivers. It doesnt find any hard drives attached to that. I've used every other driver listed under the support for 380's and it stil doesnt work. I can install regular NT server without a hitch using the assisted installation , but there is no choice for Terminal Server using the assisted installation. Whatever am I going to do?

You MUST press F6 during the NT Detect stage of booting from the TS CD. This gets you into "custom" setup. Then skip detection on mass storage and specify the 43xx drivers as primary. Otherwise, the ATAPI driver will load as the first driver and there will be no drive attached to that one (other than the CD). Make sure you specify a secondary using the ATAPI driver...

I' be got the same problem!!! But drivers (43xx) didn't help. TN just says there as no such device in your machine! And Smart Start hags the system while copying files to the system partition.
