Also NOTE that if you plan on migrating from the ML310e's Legacy BIOS mode to UEFI BIOS mode on the DL380 Gen9, there will be additional, somewhat risky, steps required.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier" size="2"&gt;Whatever you end up doing, I would recommend making sure your data is backed up before attempting the migration. Just be sure to update the firmware on the DL380 Gen9 system before moving the disks over, and again, make sure you have a backup in case things go sideways...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier" size="2"&gt;Regarding the BIOS -- I just brought that up in case you were planning to use the embedded Smart Array B140i controller, but since you'll be using a P440ar, you aren't limited to just UEFI BIOS mode. The default BIOS mode setting for Gen9 ProLiant systems is UEFI mode, but it also supports a Legacy BIOS mode. In your case, you would configure your DL380 Gen9 BIOS for Legacy mode if you want to be able to move your disks from the&amp;nbsp;ML310e Gen8 v2 without having to reinstall or restore the software.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are they showing as full in the Smart Storage Administrator or in&amp;nbsp; Linux?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smart Storage Administrator will show the drives as full if the space has been fully allocated to partitions at the OS level.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The important question is whether or not the filesystem inside linux is full.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
