Hello All,

I am a student here in Tulsa, Oklahoma and I bought a DL380 G6 for my house to practice and get some experience. It does not have any software, what can I do to begin? Your input is appreciated

With what? Weight lifting?

"Software" is not a very detailed description of anything. Are you
looking for an operating system for your "new" computer? My quick Web
search for terms like:
DL380 G6 operating system
found, among many other things:

What did _your_ Web search find?

If you're looking for some form of Windows, then you might talk to
Microsoft (who might want some money). For some form of GNU/Linux OS, a
Web search for terms like, say:
GNU/Linux DL380 G6
should find abundant material.
