Hi Ron,
Please go to the following link and download the one which is appropriate to your Server since it came in two different versions i.e P08 & E34.

http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/locate/20_1126.html#4

Regards,

Sunil Thanks for your quick response. After updating the firmware of 3200 smart array I am getting a message during POST that the firmware of the following drives should be updated. I tried rebooting my server a couple of times but still getting same error message. Please advise as to how do I get rid of this annoying message.

Thanks

Hello Ron,
This is normal when the Firmware of the HDDs is not upto par with the firmware of the Smart Array controllers. Please go to the following link and download the softpaq:

http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/17149.html

This is 18MB softpaq and would require 10 disks atleast. Just make the very first diskette and cold boot your system with it. Once your system reads the diskettes it will direct you to the Diskette No which will be appropriate for your HDDs.
Hence you wont have to make all the 18MB worth of diskettes.

Regards,
