DL20 Gen 10 Plus - not detecting additional NVMe drive (P47837-B21)

Hi,

I have just received a DL20 Gen 10 Plus and it is not detecting one of the drives.

Currently have a MR416i-p with 2 x NVMe drives and managed to configure these as raid0.

I have another smaller NVMe drive (P47837-B21) I'd like to use as the boot/OS drive, but this is not detected at all. I've tried various cables and slots, but it is never picked up, nor is it detected with a Linux install.

Likely something simple I have missed. Thoughts?

Hi,

HPE MegaRAID Storage Administrator is required for managing MR416i-p raid controller and RAID can be configured on disks using MRSA. You can install the MRSA only on windows server 2016, 2019 and 2022 OS. The NvME disk may be detected and configured using MRSA.

Steps :
1) Download the latest version of MRSA (.exe) file.
2) Install it on Windows box (VM or physical server)
3) Configure the RAID drives/volumes using MRSA application.
You can refer these videos for more details on MRSA.

@shiva_jr Thanks. I managed to find the controller options. Have changed the title and original post. Now I am stuck with the extra drive not being detected.
