Hello!

I have ProLiant DL380 Gen9 and

Smart Array P840 Controller Firmware Version 7.00

And i try to config it from Windows.

I`am try use ACU 9.40.12.0 and HPE Smart Storage Administrator (SSA) 2.4, but ACU can`t search a controller and SSA show message:

Smart Array P840 in Slot 3 cannot be configured. The controller contains a logical drive that was created with a newer version of the Array Configuration tools. Please obtain the latest version of the Array Configuration tools to configure this controller.

How i can configure the controller from Windows server 2019?

HPE SSA replaces the existing HP Array Configuration Utility, or ACU, with an updated design.

Please try downloading the latest version of HPE SSA from this link.
