    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply. Can you please elaborate how to gain access to the latest firmware file? I am new here and I have tried looking for the right one, but I get so many results. I think I need an SPP ISO file, but there are also many verisons and it is unclear to me which one is the correct one for my server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the SPP I thought was the right one: &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;P03093_001_spp-Gen8.1-SPPGen81.4.iso&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the P430 update I thought I needed:&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;firmware-smartarray-112204add8-5.02-1.1.x86_64.rpm&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi, I bought a used replacement because my original P430 failed. This replacement worked for two reboots, and now it is doing the same thing. Any ideas what is going on? How can I fix this? &lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Consider reseating the controller and initiating the firmware upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If this doesn't resolve the issue, it's possible that the controller has a hardware fault and should be replaced.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the reboot, the P430 reported failure, so I reseated it. Now it actually reports that the update took and boots Windows, but it appears the battery needs replacing? Can a bad battery be the thing causing all this?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hot swapping a battery is not at all recommended. We need to open the server to get it replaced.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hence you need to power off the server completely and then replace the battery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TAM&lt;/P&gt;</description>
