      <description>I have installed the new support paq on a pro 8500 that is running 2000 advance all the updates were done prior and server was running the 6.2 support paq with no problems i had also installed the PPA software now when i browses to it through insight 7 i get no information back  i have installed paq 2 times and redid SP3 for 2000 any clue ??? p/s i have done the same thing on our dl760 with 2003 enterprise and no problems</description>
