SFP modules damping

Got two HP DL360 GEN10 servers which are connected via optical cable and the servers have following SFP modules inserted.

HPE BladeSystem
c- Class 10Gb
SFP+ LR
Transceiver
(455886-B21)

The cable in between has a length of 1000 meters and the damping was measured. The damping is around 3db,.
Are the system and the SFP modules fine with the damping or is the damping to high?
