NS204i-u Boot Device in a DL380 Gen11 DOES NOT COME WITH WHAT IT NEEDS TO INSTALL!

I have a new P52562-B21 HPE DL380 Gen11 4410Y 2.0GHz 12-core 1P 32GBR NC 12LFF 800W PS Server that we also purchased a P48183-B21 NS204i-u boot device which is supposed to the be the easy, new and super cool thing to come out in Gen11. Well, it ain't. We are coming to find that this boot device which boasts "no brackets or cables" absolutely needs a bracket and a cable kit. Fine, cable kit is ordered but the bracket is nowhere to be found. There is ONLY an FIO sku P54542-B21 that inidicates "This SKU is required only when external accessible drives are required for the NS204i-u" and another note in quickspecs that indicates "Default is NVMe are internal to system and not hot pluggable" but how in the world would you install this internally??

I'm beyond frustrated that they would even sell an off the shelf part that you can only use with a FIO SKU. Please someone tell me I am wrong and the cable kit will come with this *^$#%%^$^ bracket!

I am not quite familier with this Boot device, but regarding the Bracket, is this the bracket part number P51341-001

Also some Guides for your help.

Removing and replacing an NS204i-u boot device.

Thank you, but I beleive the part number P51341-001 is for the actual NS204i-u assmebly which encompasses the device.

We are looking for this bracket, or another way to install it without the bracket.

Problem is solved, they come with the cable kit even though nothing mentions this anywhere in any spec. HPE spare parts also does not indicate a bracket comes with it. SPS P55260-001

Question, so is the bracket included with the cable kit? If so, what part number did you use? If not do you have the part number of the bracket?

Yes, the bracket comes with the "internal cable kit". DL380 is P52152-B21 and the DL360 is P48920-B21. I have them both in stock because HPE has no idea what comes in it and disty doesn't keep them in stock. hit me up if you need one.

Here are my internal notes for the NS204i-U for everyone:

DL380: Internal Cable Kit is required P52152-B21
DL360: Internal Cable Kit is required P48920-B21
ML350: requiresP47902-B21 & P48403-B21
ML110: requires P61742-B21 & P49984-B21 Not supported with NHP server
DL385: RequiresP57850-B21 & P58465-B21 x6

DL345 Gen11 : Requires Cable Kit P57013-B21 . If using 4LFF, low pro riser must be selected P59260-B21
