I have now ordered a replacemen battery and replaced it last week, but I am still getting the same error, plus now the server has a red cross under the status of the smart storage battery in the ilo interface.

Screen shots are below

Do I need to replace the actual module?

If so, is this the correct part to order: HP Smart Array P440AR/2GB FBWC 12GB 2-Ports INT SAS Controller.

Thank you
