1783-slot 0 Drive Array Controller Failure! P420i

Hello friends.

I am Hayatuddeen From Katsina state, Nigeria.

Today 7/11/2023 i Experience a problem that my hp proliant server cant detect the hard drives, i follow many ways to resolve the issue but only 1 work for me, the error is there as heading of this conversation, here the steps i follow but non work,

1. reset bios settings

2. turning swirtch 6 On on the motherboard

3,. change the hdd

and all ways of resetting the settings but non work,

the only way is i just remove cache memory and its battery, then boot On the server, while booting shows me that Driver Array controler is not set, then just press f8 and go to the array settings and create a virtual disk drive, create 1 and save the settings. reboot the server.

it works ferpect.
