      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello i have a problem with one ML350 G10 server recentlly, it closes without any IML record been created or without any other warning on HP System Managemen Homepage. No Windows event has been created beside Event 41, "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No power loss has been occured&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the question is how can we identify the cause of the problem??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in the operation system log there is a event name event ID 41 and i search in microsoft , but they said that was the power issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don't see any log regerding about power issue in iLO and all hardware are woking normally.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i will do update all firmware and check issue is still persist&lt;/P&gt;</description>
