Unlock standard VGA Pinlayout

Hi @ all,

In use is a Haitwin-Delphin AW-HD (16 Port VGA switch) and one HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Server.
My problem ist, when the server ist started. I have a boot image for about 10 seconds.
The screen then turns white (nothing is displayed anymore).
But when I press the UID button on the server I get an image again.
I don't have this problem with a normal VGA screen.
My guess is that the VGA pin assignment changes.
How can I prevent or reset this?
I didn't find anything in the system settings (RBSU & iLO 5).

Does anyone know the problem and can help me?

Unfortunately it didn't work.

Which I also found online and doesn't work
BIOS/Platform Configuration RBSU Advenced Options --> Always Enabled
iLO5 / Security / VGA Port Detect Override --> Enabled

What I noticed is -> The screen goes black/goes off when the following occurs
Switching console output to Primary Video. Please wait...

Hello,

If possible, please swap the VGA cable with known working spare. If the issue persists, then connect the VGA cable directly to the monitor to isolate between the switch or the VGA port on the system board.

Hi ,

Please connect the VGA cable to the monitor directly from the VGA port on the system board to isolate the issue. Also use another VGA cable.

A normal VGA monitor with cable works, but I want to use my 16 port VGA switch.

Simply replacing the cable is not possible because it contains a USB port. But I tested it anyway.

The strange thing is, when I press the UID button, I get an image (Server Health Summary).

There has to be a setting somewhere that this is a permanent condition.
