Hi,

I understand that you have already updated BIOS and iLO to the latest FW available.

You can perform a basic troubleshooting like:
Check Sensor location from the Temperature page in the iLO GUI page.
Remove and PCI cards installed and check for the error.
Some times the NIC can cause this error.

Here are some articles which may not be directly related to your issue but do check them:
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=a00091069en_us
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=a00119581en_us
https://community.hpe.com/t5/proliant-servers-ml-dl-sl/hp-ml350-gen-9-temp-sensor-error/td-p/7188757
https://community.hpe.com/t5/proliant-servers-ml-dl-sl/proliant-ml350-g9-temperature-sensor-40-location/td-p/7063999

Thank You!
I work with HPE but opinions expressed here are mine.
HPE Tech Tips videos on How To and Troubleshooting topics

Critical Temperature Threshold Exceeded (Temperature Sensor 40, Location I/O Board, Temper

I have been given an HPE ML350 gen 9 server to troubleshoot. The error is that the server restarts at the same time. In some cases, the server works fine only for a few moments. But after a few moments it restarts. The critical indicator lights up and the display does not come on. But the above error was found by checking the UID. Also Updated bios and ilo to the highest version, but there is no change in the error. Which hardware part has this error? How to fix this? Need your help
