      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a P408i-a array card that I want to restore its configuration to factory default to start from scratch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What would be the proper process to perform this task?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this process need to be done through the BIOS or through the SSA?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;GH&lt;/P&gt;</description>
