Hi,

unfortunately the issue is back. After pressing F10 and selecting intelligent provisioning, a firmware update job started/resumed and again installed IP 3.89.4. And again after reboot F10 is no longer working.

What should I do now? Recover again?

Regards
Martin

Hi,

I updated intelligent provisioning to 3.89..4 but now F10 boots the os instead of asking for intelligent provisioning or controller management.

I created a repair usb stick and booted intelligent provisioning recovery but that fails during communication with iLO and says "Unable to mount the install media".

Other ideas please?

Thanks
Martin

Yes, resetting to factory state did the trick.

It was somewhat difficult to access the maintenance switch, as you have to remove the riser card and iLO from the MicroServer.

Thanks
Martin
