My problem is solved. The most logical and fastest solution is,

1. Download SPP iso, prepare a bootable USB and update the firmware.
2. install from intelligent provisioning recovery USB

Thanks

I've got a problem with a HP ProLiant dl380 gen 10, it's newly installed windows server 2022. There was a list of missing drivers in the device manager's other devices category, so i tried to update via intelligent provisioning. There were no errors in the update proccess and after. But after i reboot, it wants me to plug in two power supplies, so i did and the amber blinking sign disappeared.
But when i go back to intelligent provisioning, it shows self update and then it says error while loading shared libraries. How do I fix this?

After mounting the ISO for the service pack with the iLO, the firmware updates all completed successfully.

After a cold reboot, I selected F10 during boot which kicked off another firmare update and reboot.

After rebooting into Intelligent Provisioning, the udev and kernel panic errors screen is displayed, but got a little farther in the boot than the first time (similar to OP's picture).

I have not installed an OS on this server yet, this happened pre-installation while attempting to update firmware

I have the same problem. Brand new DL360, no OS yet, only updating using intelligent provisioning. After one of the updates I can no longer start intelligent provisioning.
I get a black screen with a bunch of errors

Starting udev...
udevadm: error while loading shared libraries: liblz4.so.1 ....
....

EDIT: It's been fixed with Intelligent Provisioning Recovery Media
