      <title>iLo 5 Remote Console show black screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, friends&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a HP Proliant DL380 Gen 10 server, running Windows server 2016 with almost latest Drivers and Firmwares.&lt;BR /&gt;We get a problem with iLo Remote Console showing black screen. it happens from time to time, and the only workaround we found is restarting Windows. After restarting, iLo Remote Console works normally but it happended again for example after 2 months.&lt;BR /&gt;One hint to diagnose this problem we found is: the black screen turn into Windows screen at the time when we connect with Microsoft`s Remote Desktop, but that is an still image.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;the "Enable Persistent mouse and keyboard" setting cannot fix it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The second workround i.e. pressing&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Windows&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; + &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ctrl &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;+ &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Shift &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;+ &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;B ,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;cannot be sent to iLo remote console. or it also has no affect. Every time I press this key combination while the focus is on iLo remote console, my computer`s monitor will blink, but the iLo screen remains the same black. I tried "&lt;SPAN&gt;Remote Console &amp;amp; Media for Hot Keys&lt;/SPAN&gt;" and asssigned:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;L_SHIFT&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;L_CTRL&lt;BR /&gt;L_GUI&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;b&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;to a hot key, and press that hot key, but no success.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Curses, I was hoping that would work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only other things I can think of are to disable the screen saver blank screen stuff (its a server, who needs to save a few mW?) or maybe put the rotating text screen saver on so that the screen never really goes blank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this too, it occuring on a system I didnt want to reboot I went in search of a work around, what worked for me is mounting an ISO via the CD/DVD option, can be any ISO (I quickly created one with a txt file in it).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After it was mounted by the iLo the screen woke up and was interactable. I Tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hot key mapping&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;"Wake up monitor"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;All matter of key combos&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Resetting the iLo&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;But mouinting an ISO worked for me&lt;/P&gt;</description>
