    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning HPE Community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you assist with the above-mentioned error.&amp;nbsp; I downloaded the Windows and Linux files for the network adaptor of&amp;nbsp; the HPE DL380 Gen 10 server.&amp;nbsp; I have also tried zipping the file as some have suggested, but no luck.&amp;nbsp; I really don't want to download the SPP just for network firmware.&amp;nbsp; Please can someone explain what I am doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Warren&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Share the error shown while zipping the file.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Shere the detail on Network adapter and Server model, download link.&amp;nbsp; I can try and confirm by testing on your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Shiva_JR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
