where to find the latest bios for dl380 Gen9 server ?

my server is guaranteed and can not download ...there is a padlock ???

My opérating system is debian jessie.

I contacted HP support.
I come here to deliver the method.
You must download the "DVD SPP 2016 " which contains all the Firmware Server proliant.
We must make bootable usb key with the iso file.
One boot on the server and it's automatic and very easy for newbie as me...
