PCIe Riser problem

Hello everyone. I have a problem that I put a PCI Riser quad slim SAS board ( 875087-001) in the primary port of my ProLiant DL380 Gen10 server. I put the 2x8 x16 PCIe M.2 riser (877946-001) card in the secondary port.

The 877946-001 card has an HP NC552SFP 10Gb card in it which does not work in the secondary port. but if I put the card back in the primary port it works.

This is the error that ILO5 gives.

Is there a solution to the problem?

The server has 2 Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4110 CPU @ 2.10GHz processors.

Well, this network card came onto the market in 2011 and is almost 14 years old.

It is also only listed as compatible up to Gen8 servers.

I don't think there is anything more that can be done.
