You need this driver:

iLO 3/4 Channel Interface Driver for Windows Server 2008 to Server 2012 R2 | HPE Support

Please download and install the following based on the operating system:

a. iLO 3/4 Channel Interface Driver
b. iLO 3/4 Management Controller Driver Package
c. Chipset Identifier
d. ACPI-Compliant Power Meter Device Identifier
e. High Precision Event Timer Identifier

You may download them from the HPE ProLiant DL380 G7 Server driver download page.
