I'm trying to log in using the IP configured in the ilo, but when I try to log in, I get this error. I've tried with 3 users that I have configured and the same error persists.

Hello,

You may login into the server's UEFI System Utilities and navigate to iLO Configuration and check if the IP address configured is what is being used and is as per the networking configuration.

Ensure that the iLO port is connected to the management network.

Also, you may check the network cable is working correctly by swapping a known working one.

Hi,

there is also the possibility of setting a DIP Switch on the Motherboard.
This enables (for Recovery) Login without a Password.

After that, you can set new Passwords and switch back.

You don't tell us about your server model and iLO Version, so you must search for the switch yourself.
There is usually a sticker on the lid that explains the switch.

Are you able to connect and log in via SSH?
