Im having the following version on DL 380 Gen10

"Integrated Lights-Out 5 3.03 Mar 22 2024"

We are running window server 2016 or latest on several of our servers. We are facing an issue with the OID for hrSystemUpTime. This keeps on resetting to zero randomly. I do understand this is connected to Windows, and if windows reboots this value will reset to zero. But while hrSystemUpTime goes to zero, windows is running fine and reports no issues. I cant see any service related to SNMP within windows restarting.

This is happening randomly. What can be causing this ?
