BCM57414 Card in DL360 G10 not working in Windows Server 2022

We have installed a BCM57414 card to the full height raiser card.

In Windows, the card shows as not working and status Code 10. We have tried all sorts of drivers but cannot get it to work.

The card is supported in Server 2022, and in the DL360 G10.

What am I missing to get this working?

As per Quickspec, There is only supported option for FlexLOM requirement on Network Choice (NC) chassis. Part no- 817709-B21 / 840133-001.

Please check the part no.

Hi @AndrewManning ,
1) Please refer this document. Is your server SKU product number is same as BCM57414 compatible.

2) Try to update the system firmware and drivers using SPP. It resolves the issues such as firmware mismatch.

3) Verify the Riser, Server and Network card are compatible to each other.
