Hi, I hade once a similar sitauation with intelligent provisioning, the solution was to install the intelligent provisioning new.

Therefore you need to find the right ISO File for your server model for intelligent provisioning on the HPE website and boot from it.

Hi @belghiti
1. Check your iLO license — You need an iLO Advanced (or equivalent) license to allow One-Button Secure Erase via IP.
2. Verify permissions- Use an iLO account with full privileges (especially system recovery) to perform erase operations.
3. Disable Server Configuration Lock — In BIOS / RBSU, turn off the Server Configuration Lock. That is required by IP to perform erase operations.
4. Use the right erase option — Boot IP → Perform Maintenance → System Erase & Reset → Choose Secure Erase (if supported) or Overwrite (System Erase)
5. Be ready for a full erase — Secure erase can take a long time and will reset BIOS, iLO, AHS logs, etc.
6. Let it finish — If an erase has already started, don’t interrupt it unless absolutely necessary. Once completed, you’ll need to reconfigure the server / iLO

Thanks & Regards,

Mamatha Ajaraddi
