Hello @AfzalNoman,

You’re getting the “Critical Process Died” blue screen on your HP ProLiant DL360 Gen9 because Windows Server 2019 often has problems with older RAID controller firmware or missing storage drivers on this server. Even though Windows installs successfully, it may fail to boot if the RAID controller (like P440ar or B140i) is not using the correct driver or is running outdated firmware. To fix this, update the server’s BIOS, RAID controller firmware, and iLO firmware through Intelligent Provisioning. Then reinstall Windows Server 2019 using the correct HPE RAID/storage driver. Also, make sure the BIOS is set to UEFI mode (not Legacy) and try turning off Secure Boot during installation. Most of the time, updating the firmware and using the proper RAID driver solves this bluescreen issue on Gen9 servers.

Regards,
Azr_geek
