Unable to install Win server 2025 Std on DL 20 Gen11

Unable to install Win server 2025 Std on DL 20 Gen11.

Before even i am unable to staty SPP upgradation windows after Automatic and intrective selection.

Then i try to install 2025 Server OS but no luck.

Then as per disgnosi by support team, replace Mother Board and its working fine and powered on.

User Intel VROC - Controller and create a RAID1 for OS, then SPP is also upgrade with latest version (P89891_001_gen11spp-2025.11.00.00-Gen11SPP2025110000.2025_1205.19)

Then i struggle from last 1 hour unable to upgarde from 2022 to 2025 is extreme slow.

Processor is : Intel(R) Xeon(R) E E-2436 , Memory is 64 G

Please suggest.

It sounds like you replaced the motherboard and updated the Gen11 SPP, but Windows Server 2025 setup is very slow or fails because the system can’t properly see or use the RAID/drive controller. In simple terms: make sure the server BIOS/iLO and the Intel VROC driver/firmware are up to date and that the BIOS storage mode and boot mode are set correctly (UEFI is recommended). During Windows setup you often must load the VROC/NVMe RAID driver so the installer can see the RAID1 volume — if the driver is missing the installer will hang or be extremely slow. If problems continue, try a quick test: temporarily break the RAID and install to a single drive (or switch the controller to AHCI/standard NVMe mode), complete Windows install, then add the RAID/VROC driver and rebuild the RAID. Also check Secure Boot, CSM/Legacy settings, and that the SPP you applied fully matched the server model.
