    <description>According to Novell:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"On some servers, monitor will show processor utilization at 0% all of the time.  This problem is not specific to SMP but seems to be more likely to occur on SMP server.  All indications are that it is purely a cosmetic problem.  A fix to the problem has not yet been implemented."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Novell says it's cosmetic.       <description>I use ProLiant 1600 with Netware 5.1&lt;BR /&gt;When I made sure CPU Utilization on CIM 5.50,&lt;BR /&gt;It was 0%.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ML530G1 with Netware 5.1 has No Problem.&lt;BR /&gt;What can I do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards</description>
