Hello Luis,
Is your problem something like the following:

Problem Description

CACHE accelerators failing and generating a 220 error at POST. This is reported to happen most often after an improper shutdown (power failure, system is power cycled due to an OS lockup).

Symptoms

The system will report a 220 error at POST. The following is an example IML:

Compaq Integrated Management Log
POST Error: 785-Drive Array not
Configured .........................(-) 06/16/2000, 12:01:00 AM
ASR Detected by System ROM .........(+) 09/05/2001, 09:36:00 AM
Unknown Event (Class 20, Code 1) ...(+) 09/05/2001, 09:31:00 AM
ASR Detected by System ROM .........(+) 09/05/2001, 02:06:00 AM
Unknown Event (Class 20, Code 1) ...(+) 09/05/2001, 02:01:00 AM
POST Error: 220-Runtime Cache
Accelerator Failure, Cache
Accelerator Slot 2 -----ACTION----
Reconfigure or Replace .............(+) 08/29/2001, 03:52:00 PM
ASR Detected by System ROM .........(+) 08/29/2001, 03:18:00 PM
POST Error: 220-Runtime Cache
Accelerator Failure, Cache
Accelerator Slot 2 -----ACTION----
Reconfigure or Replace .............(+) 08/29/2001, 02:29:00 PM

Resolution/Workaround

Replacing the accelerator usually corrects the issue. If this does not fix it then log in a call with the support to have the issue escalated.

Regards,
