    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I have Proliant 3000 with RAID 5 confiured, one of hard drive gone off all of sudden, i just pulled that out and inserted the new one but its still the same, and doesnt come online. what do i need to do now, do i need to rteconfigure the array that can possible wipe my data?&lt;BR /&gt;help please.&lt;BR /&gt;Aun</description>

      <description>Hello Aun,&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried shutting down the server and then reinserting the HDD?? If not then please do so. No you don't need to reconfigure the array. It could be a failed slot of backplane board.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,</description>
