      <description>I,m receiving the following errors from a shared storage disk: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk6\DR6 during &lt;BR /&gt;      a paging operation.&lt;BR /&gt;what does this means and what are the steps to take inorder to curb this.&lt;BR /&gt;thanks, Daniel&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Daniel,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you confirm that the disks referenced in the error message are running the latest Firmware? If not, could you try and upgrade them to the latest FW level and see if the error goes away? Is your shared storage subsystem really busy at a particular time especially when this message gets logged? Does this happen periodically?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope, we can make a start with this and don't forget to assign points:)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,</description>

      <description>I'm sorry but I cant understand "shared storage disk". Is it a disk installed on an external storage box ,or, an HDD installed on your system and you have shared it for storage?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BTW, this error indicates there is some kind of data transfer problem ( either due to some problem in the HDD itself, or because of the interface to which you have connected it) with your HDD.</description>
