Yes, I've verified that all of the HP Management services are running. In fact I tried to reinstall them with the same version, but that didn't fix anything.

I haven't gone to a newer version as of yet, only because we have many DL380G3s with PSP6.40 agents working fine.

I have several servers (W2K) that when I login at http:\\servername:2301, I get presented with the cert message, redirected to the login page at https:\\servername:2381 and enter the admin username and password. After entering the admin username and password, it accepts them and the I get the grey message stating that's it is "Loading data, please wait..." and then returns me to the username and password screen. With no error message.

This is happening on several HP DL380G3 with PSP6.40. I have many, many other DL380G3s working with this same configuration.

Please advise.
Hi David,

Could you confirm that under "services.msc" on Windows, you could see all the different HP management agents are running, storage, foundation, NIC, etc? SNMP?

have you tried restarting the management agents, snmp?

I know this is probably the last thing you want to try but I would seriously consider upgrading the management agents or perhaps the PSP (proliant support pack) to the latest version 7.1

hope it was of some assistance and dont forget to assign points:)

regards,
