    <description>Justin:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is the same problem I ran into about two weeks ago.  HP/Compaq Insignt Manager does not show any hardware failures.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The solution to the problem is to contact HP/Compaq if the Proliant is still under warranty and have them send a new Array Controller for your unit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if this works for you.</description>

      <title>Netware 5.1 Volume Errors</title>

      <description>We have had drive errors on a Proliant 530 running Netware 5.1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have the message "Error writing FAT table for volume ...", then all volumes in the Raid set are dismounted. Other disks on another RAID set using the same SMART array controller are not dismounted.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When the server is rebooted, no errors are shown on the disks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone else seen this problem ? Is this a disk or controller issue ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I have the same problem except im running NW5.0, I suspect that my HD's causing that (146GB) Raid5, what HD's you have Justin?</description>
