    <description>Not sure what your predicament is here .. do you ahve hotplug drives that you want to use in non hotplug slots? or just hotplug drives in hot plug slots.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there both hot plug just put them in the slots and they will be assigned IDs automatically. No jumpers required. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there hotplug drives for non hotplugs slots then you would need to remove the hotplug drive tray and set the jumpers</description>

      <description>Any Compaq / HP hotplug drives do not need to be jumpered for SCSI ID it is set by the slot.</description>

      <description>Well I removed a drive that was giving me BSOD. But adding a new one to the same slot did the same. Ive put one in a difernet slot but the Array configuration tool wont let me add it because it says the old was needs removing ( which it is )</description>
