smartstart 7.0 not detecting 3200 raid array controller

I am having problems setting up a dl380 G3 with a 3200 raid array controller. The controller is recognised during POST as are it's attached drives. But although their is an option to configure the on board 5i controller with the F8, no such option is available for the 3200.
Using the RSBU I can configure the 3200 as the boot controller.
When I boot up to smartstart V7.0 the 3200 raid array controller is recognised as the boot controller, but when I run the Array configuration utility, it does not detect the 3200 raid array controller. It does pick up the 5i controller, but I cannot use this because the automated build I am to use does not support this controller.
Any Ideas

Well unfortunatly Offline ACU (SmartStart version 6.30, 6.40 and 7.0) will not detect second and third generation Smart Array Controllers.

One thing you might be able to do is attach the drives to the 5i create the raid shutdown and then move the drives back to the 3200. And continue with your install.
